Rally in N.C. to protest 'don't ask don't tell'
according the Associated Press there is a NC DADT Rally today in NC at Hagan's Office, see below
RALEIGH -- Activists in Raleigh are planning a Veterans Day celebration they hope will help lead to changes in the military's policy on gays and lesbians.
The rally to honor gay and lesbian veterans is planned today outside the office of U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan.
The event is one of dozens around the country organized by the gay rights group Get Equal. The organization wants an end to the so-called "don't ask, don't tell" policy that prohibits openly gay people from serving in the military.
Ok, the piece doesn't give a time or tell you if it the Raleigh office or not.
I have email Get Equal asking for more info on this, I have tweeted our NC leading LGBT activist with no response back.
Does anyone know anything about this event at all. How can we gather if these event are plan the last minute, and with no announcement. How can we show our support and number if our community doesn't know about them
Update got the info emailed all contact in nc

Check out these interesting Tombstones
Woodmen of the World is a fraternal organization based in Omaha, Nebraska, United States, that operates a large privately held insurance company for its members.
Its history includes the erection of numerous distinctive tombstones depicting tree stumps across the country prior to 1930, a program to donate flags, and broadcast interests that were to own the first television station where Johnny Carson worked.
these were found in the Maplewood Cemetery,in Wilson, NC
